Summer Morning Oatmeal

This may be an accquired taste; I discovered it out of necessity (although I have a suspicion it might be a conglomeration of recipes I have found here on Zaar...). I think it is delicious and even more importantly, one of the most filling things I've ever had.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt, any flavor
1/3 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup frozen fruit (your choice)
sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt and oatmeal in microwavable bowl.
2. Heat on HIGH 30 seconds.
3. Add frozen fruit.
4. Heat for another 30 seconds.
5. Stir.
6. Let sit for a minute or so; the flavors blend and the fruit thaws a little more if you do.
7. Add sugar if you'd like (the last time I made this my strawberries were a bit too tart).
