Summer kebabs
Ingredients:
2 lamb steaks
2 chicken breasts
1 steak
2 courgettes
1 pepper
1 aubergine
4 tomatoes
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. Thread the meat and vegetables onto 8 skewers.
2. Place the glaze ingredients in a screw-topped jar. Shake and brush over the skewers. Grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
