2 c ricotta cheese
1/2 c plain yogurt
1 tbls. honey
1 tea. vanilla extract
1/4 tea. cinnamon
4 c. fresh fruit, cut into chunks
Directions:

Combine all the ingredients except the fruit in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until serving time. Arrange the fruit decoratively around a large plate and place the dip in the center.
