Summer Fruit with Citrus Syrup

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 orange rind strips
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 to 1/3 cup grand marnier (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 3/4 cups chopped pineapple
1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
6 kiwis, peeled and quartered
Directions:
1. Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur; cool. Combine orange juice mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
