Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups broccoli florets
2 small zucchini
1 tomato, diced
2 peaches, sliced
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet or wok and stir fry broccoli and zucchini for five minutes.
2. Add tomatoes and peaches.
3. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
