Great summer side salad.
Ingredients:
8 ears of corn
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped zucchini
1 peeled and chopped cucumber
1 chopped red or vidalia onion
1 chopped red or orange bell pepper
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
Directions:

Husk corn and slice kernals from cob.
2.
Mix all chopped vegetables together in a large bowl.
3.
Add salad dressing and toss.
4.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
