i absolutely love to make this recipe during the warm summer days.it tastes refreshing and is very easy to make.
Ingredients:
300 ml yoghurt
5 -6 green grapes, halved
1/2 cucumber, cubed
1/4 apple, cubed
6 -7 cherry tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
6 -7 mint leaves, fine sliced
coriander, chopped (to garnish)
Directions:
1. In a salad bowl add the grapes,apple,cherry tomatoes,cucumber and mint leaves.
2. Mix in the salt,sugar and paprika in the yoghurt.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle on some chopped coriander for garnish right before serving and your light summer salad is good to go!
