Summer Chicken & Hoseradish Salad

This is a simple chicken salad made with what we had on hand-cheap ingredients, easy, filling, and just what we wanted on a hot day! Served it with garlic bread, oranges, and iced tea to make a meal. The flavors of the salad get better as it chills-great to make a day ahead.
Ingredients:
2 slices bacon
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup corn
2 large green onions, chopped
1/4 cup raisins, chopped
cilantro
salt
pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towel and allow to cool. Chop into small bits and set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine the next five ingredients. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste,.
3. Fold mayo and horseradish sauce into the chicken mixture. Then add the reserved bacon and stir to combine.
4. Chill at least one hour before serving.
