Ingredients:
blueberries or strawberries or any summer fruit
good quality plain white low-fat yogurt
little lemon juice
Directions:
1. Stew the blueberries or other berries in a little water with the lemon juice until half soft.
2. Find some really nice wide wine glasses.
3. Add some of the fruit to the glass, then layer with the yogurt and the fruit to make it look nice from the outside.
