This coconut flan separates whilst cooking to make a delicate crust, creamy custard belly and chewy coconut topping.
Ingredients:
500 ml milk
200 ml sugar
250 ml coconut
125 ml flour
60 ml butter
4 eggs
5 ml vanilla extract
2 ml baking powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and pour into a glass pie dish.
2. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Serve warm or cold.
