Sugarless Apple Pie
Ingredients:
5 large apples (golden delicious)
1 (6 ounce) can unsweetened apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 prepared pie crusts
Directions:
1. Thaw juice. Combine with flour and cinnamon in container with tight lid. Shake well. Cook in pan over low heat until it boils and thickens. Add apples to hot mixture. Put in double crust. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
