Sugar Snap Peas With Ginger

Toasted sesame seeds may be substituted in place of walnuts.
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh sugar snap peas
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chopped walnuts, toasted
3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook peas in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
2. *1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds may be substituted.
