Super Quick. Fresh basil and grated lemon rind mingle with sweet Sugar Snaps in this simple side dish. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
3/4 pound fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed |
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add peas; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle peas with chopped basil and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Serve immediately. |
