Sugar Ice Cream Cones

These are so simple to make and oh so good
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. In mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
3. Gradually beat in sugar
4. Beat in flour and butter until just blended
5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and draw 2-7 inch circles on paper
6. Drop 3 tbls. of batter in center of circle and spread to edges
7. Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown
8. Put cookies, bottom side up onto paper towels
9. To shape cone, on one edge, roll cookie 1/3 of the way toward the center
10. Roll 1/3 of the other side over the rolled side
11. Place on wire rack, seam side down to cool
12. Repeat twice to make 6 cones
13. ~~Return cookie to oven for a minute or so if it becomes too cool to bend~~
