Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oats (not instant)
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup splenda granular
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons sugar-free honey (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients expect walnuts. Use a electric mixer blend until smooth. Add walnut if desired and mix with a spoonula until combined. Do not overmix.
3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
