  1. Oven 375F mix together wheat bran flax milk.
  2. Mix together appleauce egg brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat in bran mix add flour wheat germ baking soda /powder
  4. Just blend.
  5. Scoop into muffin tins.
  6. Mix should be heavy(thick)
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 min check with toothpick for doneness ovens are variable.
