Well, no added sugar. Obviously the fruit has sugar. The consistency is a little bouncy and it must be stirred. However it is credible and spreadable jam.
Ingredients:
20 ounces berries
1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
stevia
Directions:
1. Boil fruit, gelatin, cornstarch and lemon juice for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove fro heat and add stevia to taste.
