Looking forward to warmer weather so I can eat this cool luscious treat. It works well to make and take to work , which is how I got the recipe. I was totally unaware that it was sugar free because it tasted to rich. Read more . My family thinks its good too.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 small pkgs. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened ( i have used fat free)
1 - 16 oz. container heavy cream
3 tsp. sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400'.
2. Boil water and margarine in a saucepan.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in flour.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well - it will be sticky -( You may use an electric mixer)
6. Spread mixture into a 9 X 13 inch pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
7. Combine pudding and milk.
8. Blend in cream cheese until smooth.
9. Spread over cooled cake.
10. Beat heavy cream until the consistency of whipped cream ( forms stuff peaks.
11. then beat in sugar substitute.
12. Spread whipped cream evenly over pudding layer.
13. Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving.
14. Enjoy.
