I LOVE the classic Arnold Palmer drink, however my husband is diabetic and I limit the amount of sugar I consume. So I took the classic Arnold Palmer recipe and tweaked it to make it friendly for those who are diabetic and those who are on a sugar-free diet! Makes a refreshing summer drink!
Ingredients:
18 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (use your favorite!)
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons unsweetened instant tea
8 cups cold water
Directions:
1. dissolve the sweetner and the tea in the lemon juice.
2. stir in the water.
3. chill overnight to blend flavors.
