Sue's Macaroni and Cheese

A savory comfort food. Great during those cold winter nights.
Ingredients:
8 ounces macaroni, cooked
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 large egg
1/2 cup chopped ham
1 1/2 cups cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, except 1/2 c cheese.
2. Bake until bubbly (approximately 20 minutes).
3. Top with remaining cheese and broil until lightly crispy.
