Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck roast, floured
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 (2/3 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup red wine (burgundy is best )
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides, put in slow cooker/crockpot with other.
