I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups vanilla protein powder
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
1/2 cup butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1 ounce chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon natural-style peanut butter or 1 teaspoon no-sugar-added peanut butter
1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Melt butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate. Mix well.
2. Add splenda and vanilla, mix well again.
3. Now add nuts and portein powder and mix. Mix well so that the powder dissolves into the mixture.
4. Place in baking pan, flatten and refrigerate, a rectangle casserole dish works well here.
5. Cut into 8 bars.
