Sue and Micks Veggie Burgers

A fast food, easy to prepare, better for you than most burgers.
Ingredients:
5 ounces (141.75g) soya mince
1/2 pint boiling water
0.18 oz (5g) bouillon - swiss vegetable, powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 1/2 ounces wholewheat flour
1 egg, medium, beaten
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 salt and pepper, season to taste.
Directions:
1. rehydarate the mince with boiling water and stock cube leave for 10 minutes, now add all over ingredients apart from egg and soy sauce, mix well. Now add the egg and worchestershire sauce, mix well, for smoother burgers blend in a food processor, then form into burgers with wet hands, leave to chill for at least 30 minutes, but this is not always nessary if your in a hurry, but they may be more crumbly when you fry them. We fry ours in shallow oil on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning once. Enjoy.
