Succulent BBQ Ribs

These are the most tender, delicious fall off the bone ribs you have ever tasted. Even though these Ribs aren't cooked on the BBQ, they are a constant request from our family and friends.
Ingredients:
6 lbs fresh pork side ribs
2 cups onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 cups tomato puree
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup drained sweet pickle relish
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350°F.
2. Brown ribs in a heavy kettle. Transfer to large baking pan.
3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
