A fantastic way to get your daily fruit intake! Great for a rainy day!
Ingredients:
9c fruit(apples, peaches, blue berries...)
1 1/4c flour
1c brown sugar, packed
2-3tsp cinnamon
3/4c butter
Directions:
1. Place 9c fruit in a baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with 5T lemon juice.
3. Work together using a pastry blender: flour, brown sugar, cinnamon,and butter.
4. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
