Ingredients:
1/2 acorn squash
30 g canned tuna
30 g ff cottage cheese
30 g carrots
30 g celery
30 g mushrooms
85 g romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Put squash cut side down and bake for 45 mins at 350
2. when done, scoop out flesh of squash and combine with other ingredients (except for lettuce).
3. place the mixture back into the squash and bake for another 20 minutes
