Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle cleaned and seeded tomatoes with salt and let sit while you prepare meat so the juices can drain upside down.
  2. Spray baking pan with olive oil.
  3. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Fill tomatoes with ground meat mixture half way.
  5. Sprinkle with a little cheese and add potatoes.
  6. Finish with cheese.
  7. I dont measure so dont worry about being exact.
