Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

an easy 5 min prep and 20 min bake for a great appetizer or main dish
Ingredients:
portobello mushrooms
packaged breakfast sausage
Directions:
1. Clean mushrooms and place cup side up on a lightly greased cookie sheet. (or use cooking spray)
2. I use Jimmy Dean sausage but any breakfast sausage you like will work.
3. Open sausage and form into a balls roughly the size of the mushroom caps, lighty pack the sausage into the caps. Fill all your mushrooms and put the cookie sheet in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 mins until completely cooked.
4. Serve hot.
