Stuffed Peppers With Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to about 150 degrees celsius.
  2. Cut the pepper into two equal halves.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a small pan and cook the pasta.
  4. Drain pasta and put it back in the pan.
  5. Add a generous portion of basil and a spoon of butter.
  6. Stir in two large spoon's of tomato sauce for flavouring.
  7. Bring back to the boil.
  8. Grate the Cheddar cheese.
  9. Stuff the pepper halves with the cooked pasta and top with grated cheese.
  10. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  11. Spread any excess pasta around the pepper halves and add spinach leaves as decoration.
