stuffed peppers - green or red peppers, brown rice, beef
Ingredients:
8 red peppers
2 lb ground beef
6 c cooked brown rice
2 c tomato puree
2 t cinnamon
1 t allspice
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
10 g garlic
3 eggs
1/2 c oatmeal
Directions:
1. pre-cook rice - measurement is for the cooked rice
2. brown beef
3. mix all ingrediants except peppers
4. stuff mixture into hollowed peppers
5. bake at 350 for an hour or so (internal temp of at least 160)
6. Let cool for 10 min
7. Serving is a half pepper filled
