Peppers stuff with a nutty rice and pork sausage stuffing.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 cup cashews or 1 cup almonds
1 onion
4 pork sausage
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
3 large mushrooms
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
4 large red peppers, cut in half and seeds cleaned out
Directions:
1. cut mushrooms, onion and sausage then lighty fry with rice in a drop of olive oil. Add stock, soy souse and nuts. cook slowly for 3 hr fill the 8 pepper cups and bake for 30mins.
