use portabella mushrooms- will add 20-30 calories for size
Ingredients:
6 large mushrooms
6 oz crab
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 scallion
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. ?Clean mushrooms
2. ?Chop stems and scallion and saute in pan sprayed with cooking spray
3. ?Mix with bread crumbs, crab and egg whites.
4. ?Fill mushrooms with mix.
5. ?Top with cheese.
6. ?Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
