Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a great side dish!
Ingredients:
10 large white mushrooms
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to bake at 375 F
2. Separate the caps from the stems of mushrooms. Set the caps on the side.
3. Place all stems, walnuts, cheese, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth.
4. In a medium saute pan, heat the oil for a minute over medium to high heat.
5. Add mushroom and cheese mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture starts to brown a little.
6. Remove from pan and fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
7. Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are slightly brown.
8. Cool down for 2 minutes before serving
