Stuffed Mushrooms

Amazing how just a few ingredients come together to create something that is just de-vine!
Ingredients:
1 lb of white or crimini mushrooms
1 roll of sausage (i use jimmy dean hot breakfast sausage but you can use what you love!)
1pkg of cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. clean mushrooms and remove stems
2. put on a baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes to release some of the moisture, dont want watery mushrooms!
3. while mushrooms are in the oven, brown sausage and drain fat
4. Take mushrooms out of the oven and drain excess water from cookie sheet
5. Mix sausage and cheeses in a bowl
6. fill the mushroom caps with mixture (a melon baller or small ice cream scoop works well, but a teaspoon and fingers are fun too!)
7. place back in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes more until cheese is hot and bubbly and a little brown on the tops
8. serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top and you are now a superstar!! :)
