These stuffed mushrooms are so good and super easy! They're real crowd pleasers! Ingredients:
1 lb button mushroom |
8 ounces boursin cheese (or any herbed cream cheese...rondele, etc) |
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs |
olive oil, as needed |
Directions:
1. Clean your mushrooms and take out the stem. 2. Push a little scoop of cheese into each mushroom so it heaps out a little bit. 3. Drizzle with olive oil. 4. Sprinkle bread crumbs on the top of each one. 5. Bake 20 minutes or as needed until warm and melty in a 350 oven. 6. When these are served right out of the oven, the first bite can be drippy - so serve with napkins! |
