Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Tasty mushroom caps filled with shrimp, crab, sourcream, green onions & cheese
Ingredients:
8 oz lite cream cheese
2 tbsp low fat sour cream
1 -2 green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 oz grated emmenthal cheese
2 oz crab meat
2 oz shrimp meat
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Remove stems from 30 large, cleaned mushrooms
2. Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet
3. Mix remaining ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of Emmenthal
4. Fill mushroom caps with filling
5. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, until bubbling
6. Top with remaining grated cheese, and broil until the cheese melts
7. Serve immediately.
