Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
6 celery ribs
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except celery in a food processor or blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Stuff celery with cheese mixture.
4. Cut into bite sized pieces.
