Stuffed Cabbage—Beef, Rice, Cabbage, Tomatoes [15oz]

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. sirloin
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cup onion

Directions:

  1. Combine cooked rice, sirloin and onion
  2. Wrap a handful of mixture in a large cabbage leaf
  3. Repeat until gone.
  4. Place in a baking dish and pour stewed tomatoes over stuffed cabbage.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
