Ingredients:
6 avocado pears
1 medium lettuce
4 ounces cooked chicken, 4 oz. cooked shrimp or 4 ounces cooked fish, finely chopped
1/4 pint mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Directions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the large seed.
2. Mix the meat or fish and lettuce with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
3. Pile on the avocados and garnish with the egg.
