Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly freeze sirloin - just until easily sliced.
  2. Slice steak paper thin, or it will be tough.
  3. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  4. Brown steak with bacon.
  5. Add onion; cook until onion is softened, but not caramelized.
  6. Drain part of grease.
  7. Add seasonings; stir in soup (and mushrooms, if using).
  8. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve over noodles.
