Streusel Apple and Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup diced peeled apple
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray or use paper muffin cups.
2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, applesauce, oil, egg and vanilla until well mixed.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; stir into bowl just until incorporated.
4. Stir in apples & raisins.
5. Pour into muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
6. Topping: In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
7. Sprinkle evenly over muffins.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
