This quick strawberry shake is great on hot summer days.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 cups ice cubes
1 (16 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
Directions:
1. Blend strawberries, bananas, half of the ice cubes, and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth. Add the remaining ice and blend further until smooth again. Serve immediately.
