Indulge yourself with this pretty-in-pink strawberry and vanilla frappe-shake! Quick and easy and so refreshing. Sweeten to your taste, and decorate with a mint leaf and a plump juicy red strawberry on top.
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cup sugar (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups half-and-half cream
fresh whole strawberries and fresh mint sprig, to garnish
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the sugar, vanilla extract, and half-and-half cream.
2. Blend for about 20 seconds or until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the frozen strawberries and puree.
4. Divide the mixture among 4 glasses and garnish with fresh whole strawberries and sprigs of fresh mint.
5. Serve immediately.
