A healthy and delicious way to start the day. Also a great way to get something healthy into your kids for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients:
15 fresh strawberries
1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (i use 2 packets)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a magic bullet or blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
