Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped peeled kiwi fruit
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tablespoon mint
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Serve the salsa with a slotted spoon.
4. Note: Store salsa in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
