Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

My mom sent me this recipe and I ate a lot of it when I was pregnant. Craved both main ingredients.
Ingredients:
4 cups chopped rhubarb
3 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Then place then in to a pie plate on top of a crust.
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
4. Then bake for roughly 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Let stand.
