Strawberry-Rhubarb Muffins

These are soo good especially when made with in season fruit!!!!!!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup chopped rhubarb
3/4 cup sliced strawberry
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour,sugar& baking powder together in a large bowl.
2. Combine egg, milk & oil in a small bowl.
3. Stir this into flour mixture with a fork just until moistened.
4. Fold in rhubarb & strawberries.
5. Pour into greased muffin tins.
6. sprinkle top with a bit of white sugar.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
