Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
3 cups raisins
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
Directions:
1. Toss everything together in glass bowl.
2. Set aside on counter, covered, for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
3. Chill.
