Strawberry Protein Smoothie (Vegan)

High protein, high fiber protein shake. Good after a moderate to high intensity workout.
Ingredients:
28 grams soy protein isolate
2 1/2 tbsp flax seed, ground
1 cup water
1 cup light soy milk
120 grams banana, frozen
175 grams strawberries
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions:
1. Soak protein powder and flax seed in water overnight.
2. Place all ingredients into blender and puree.
3. Drink immediately within 1 hour of workout. Super cold is best.
4. Refrigerate to keep. Keeps 1 day refrigerated, about 2-3 days frozen.
