Smoothie, also VERY good with a tablespoon or two of peanut butter added. I've used chocolate and vanilla protein powder, but vanilla is my favorite.
Ingredients:
26 g whey protein
1 c strawberries, frozen
8 oz light strawberry yogurt
Directions:
1. add frozen strawberries to blender.
2. add a little water (approx 1/4-1/3 c).
3. add protein powder and yogurt (1/2 c to 1 c).
4. blend.
